Payment Terms
Payment is required as follows:
- 50% to hold yacht
- 50% 8 weeks prior to boarding
We accept payments by the following methods:
- by £UK cheque
- by Euro check
- by credit / debit card by telephone (phone us with your credit card details 00 34 772 662 494 or 00 44 (0)7740 285595)
- by Euro transfers direct into our bank account - please contact us if you wish to do this
- by credit / debit card using Paypal secure facilities(US$, €, UK£)
A security deposit is required of:
- £1,000 for Oceanis 311 and 331
- £1,500 for Oceanis 373, 393, 411
- £2,000 for Oceanis 473
- €1.300 for Oceanis 323 and 343.
- €1.800 for First 36.7, Oceanis 373 and Oceanis 40.
- €2.000 for Sun Odyssey 45 and Oceanis 43.
- Deposit insurance: €150 paying at boarding end deposit will be reduced to €500 on Sun Odyssey 45, First 36.7 and Oceanis 43, 40 and 373. Reduced to €300 on Oceanis 343 and 323
- payable by cash, Visa or MasterCard at boarding
- Balearic Yachts deposit payable as above dependent on length
Payments (other
than security deposit which must be paid at time of boarding) can be made by credit / debit
card over the phone or online via Paypal

Standard Equipment on our Yachts
Complete nautical charts of the navigation area, pilot, triangular protractor, hand bearing compass, automatic pilot, VHF radio, GPS with plotter, radar (depending on the model), patent log, echo sounder, wind equipment, FM/AM radio with CD, cooker with oven, set of dishes, electric fridge, hot water, cockpit shower, electric anchor winch, bimini top, spray-hood, dinghy with oars, bed linen, cushions, blankets, shower and hand towels, snorkelling equipment for two people. Sun Odyssey 45 and Oceanis 43: bow thruster and AIS. Sun Odyssey 45: radar.
Booking Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of payment not having been received 8 weeks prior to boarding date.
Cancellation by you must be in writing.
